Qualifications
  • National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain).
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Experience
  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the quality team members to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Address and resolve VW quality issues, working closely with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage domestic dealer quality issues, providing timely support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to monitor compliance with established standards.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
