Job description

Our client is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be required to travel to Thailand for training and must have a valid passport.

Job Purpose:

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met throughout the production process. This role involves ensuring all products meet customer requirements, maintaining production integrity, and supervising the quality team to complete tasks effectively.

Position Details:
  • Relevant Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
  • ISO certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Ensure all products conform to standards and specifications
  • Champion the implementation and monitoring of IATF standards
  • Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints
  • Analyze defects and implement remedial actions
  • Conduct process audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Act as a customer representative for quality issues
  • Maintain ISO certification and oversee quality data documentation
  • Coordinate equipment calibration and schedules
  • Monitor production adherence and implement improvements
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • At least 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in a supervisory role within automotive manufacturing or related fields
Technical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PolyWorks Faro programs
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods
  • Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments
  • Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
