Purpose of the Position: Ensure the quality and consistency of draught beer served in designated geographic region.

This includes monitoring and maintaining the quality of draught beer served in outlets for the designated geographic region, assessing aroma, appearance, and temperature.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Manage base of outlets in geographic area to conduct quality audits a minimum of once per month.
2. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to draught beer quality, including problems with carbonation, aroma, or equipment malfunctions.
3. Review PICOS Draught perfect pour merchandise implementation.
4. Document findings and provide feedback to channel team regarding quality trends, equipment performance, and customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure that customers receive a high-quality draught beer.
6. Support the maintenance and sanitation of beer dispensing equipment, such as taps and kegs, to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
7. Complete Quality Check Survey in every outlet measured.
8. Attend Monthly 5 Star Quality training with Trade Ambassador.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Beer sommelier / beer qualification or equivalent desirable or Marketing Qualification. Must have a proven record of beer sales experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

1. 3+ years of experience in Sales / Sales Advisory Role.
2. On-Premise Sales Experience.
3. Demonstrate good skills in applying Customer and Consumer Insights.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
