Job summary
A manufacturing firm in the automotive sector seeks an expert to ensure customer requirements are met regarding product quality and availability. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and a strong technical background, along with a Diploma or Degree in Quality. Responsibilities include leading rework actions and attending daily meetings while communicating effectively with manufacturing plants.

Primary Purpose Of The Job
To represent MA Automotive by ensuring that customer requirements are met with regard to the quality and availability of products. Lead Sort and rework action at the customer as and when required. Attend daily meetings at customer and provide feedback to Manufacturing plants
Key Performance Areas
Attend daily production and quality, audit meetings as and when required at Customer.
Support the Manufacturing plants with sort and rework at Customer.
Support by reworking parts at BMW
Confirm all Customer Reports and Quality Alerts
Follow through with ISIR submission to BMW
Investigate each claim with incident reports
Respond with daily reports on MA email.
Communicate only to MA when concerns are detected
Follow escalation process
