The role is responsible for the integrity, traceability, and reliability of test results, including the correct use of calibrated equipment, immediate escalation of OOS or abnormal results, support for quarantine and CAPA activities, and maintenance of audit-ready records. The Analyst also supports water testing, retention stock control, consumables governance, KPI reporting, 5S, safety, MECP, sensory activities, and continuous improvement. A key expectation is to understand not only how to perform a test, but what the result means for product quality, food safety, process control, and release decisions.
