Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Quality & Performance Officer to join our North West-based homeworking team. You will routinely produce performance reports, maintain robust monitoring controls, and drive service improvements across our housing and related services for older people.

The role requires strong data analytics, problem solving and communication skills, with opportunities to support ICT projects and to line-manage a small team of Administrators.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and performance reporting.
• Ability to produce regular performance reports and monitor controls.
• Experience supporting ICT projects and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance reports for the team and ensure an effective monitoring and control framework.
• Present reports in meetings and support engagement to drive performance improvements.
• Line manage a small team of Administrators and design audits; liaise with stakeholders.
• Support current and future ICT projects and embed new systems to improve performance.
