Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• Experience 5–7 years in cosmetics/pharma/FMCG quality assurance.
• ISO 22716 / cosmetics GMP knowledge; Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy quality standards across subcontractors.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, and CAPA.
• Oversee NPI, packaging development, and documentation for launches.
• Monitor batch release, CoA review, and product safety compliance.
• Support regulatory compliance and on-site audits at facilities.
