Experience and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a QC or QA role, with at least 2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment within the furniture, home goods, or consumer products industry
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with damage control, returns analysis, and packaging optimization
  • Deep knowledge of furniture construction, upholstery, natural materials, and finishing techniques
  • Experience with quality standards, inspection tools, and warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
