Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma / Degree in Quality Management
Qualified Metallurgist
SHEQ Qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing / Mining environment preferably in quality assurance
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Manufacturing principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
Key Performance Areas :
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to maintain product consistency and excellence.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead and mentor the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyse production processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
Handle customer feedback and complaints, working towards swift resolution and product enhancements.
