Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johannesburg seeks a quality control inspector to ensure that all welding activities meet approved procedures. Responsibilities include performing inspections, documenting defects, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have a Matric qualification and excellent attention to detail, with experience in the trailer, tanker, or truck industry being advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all welding activities adhere to approved procedures.
• Perform visual inspections and other testing as required.
• Identify and document welding defects or non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection data.
• Submit inspection reports to the QC Manager.
• Develop and update quality control documentation.
