Job description

The Quality Inspector will ensure that all products and raw materials meet the quality standards by actively testing, measuring, analysing, and evaluating.

  • Relevant Quality certification / technical qualification

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant Quality Control experience in a similar capacity in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting on all quality inspections
  • Conduct visual inspection
  • Report and record non-conforming products
  • Monitor and manage quarantine area
  • Conduct random sampling in accordance with set requirements
  • Handle warranty investigation claims
  • Report quality incidents and non-conformances
  • Conduct process checks and advise the Team Leader of any defects
  • Participate in quality-related activities as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with safety and standard work procedures
  • Engage in continuous improvement

TECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE

  • Perform quality assessments on all products
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Ability to use measuring tools
  • Work shifts in line with operational requirements
  • Work overtime as required
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
