Quality Inspector

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years previous QC experience in a technical field, of which at least 5 years were in the Petrochemical industry, together with knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Significant experience in Quality Control activities within front end engineering and design, detailed design, and construction activities.
• Significant experience in providing Quality Control input to Proposals in response to Client Invitation to Bid documentation.
• Participate in the overall Company Management Review process.
• Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, PER and SANS 347.

Qualifications:

• Qualified as an “IPE” Inspector of Pressurized Equipment by SAQCC from the Southern African Institute of Welding.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years previous QC experience, preferably in the Petrochemical and Construction contracting industry, together with knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, PER and SANS 347.
