Autoliv seeks an experienced quality/audit professional for a leadership role in the Krugersdorp area. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in a similar role and strong knowledge of quality systems and audits, including internal and supplier audits.

Applicants should be proficient in Excel and Statistical Process Control, with proven root cause analysis capabilities and a track record of driving KPI-based productivity improvements in an automotive setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Automotive Industry Experience will be an advantage.
• Recognized Quality Auditing Accreditation with good experience in doing Internal and Supplier Audits.
• Capable of being the voice to the customer with a good track record.
• Strong Technical capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control.
• Root Cause Analysis, problem solving abilities and associated reports are essential.
• Knowledge of: VDA 6.3, ISO 9001:2008/2015, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001:2015.
• Ability to apply consistent discipline according to standards.
• Ability to set up, monitor and manage KPIs within the department.
• Organizational skills and the ability to create a motivating environment.
• Passionate about productivity improvements.
• Competent in Lean manufacturing skills.
