JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final inspections at supplier factories following the TFG protocol.
- May be required to conduct pre-production and in-line inspections at supplier factories when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality risks.
- Monitor production processes and provide actionable quality feedback to factories.
- Coordinate with QA teams and vendors for corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, measurement specs, and visual standards.
- Travel regularly to production sites for audits and quality checks.
Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality control in the apparel or textile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality standards (AQL), and fabric behavior.
- Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple factory visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
