JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct final inspections at supplier factories following the TFG protocol.
  2. May be required to conduct pre-production and in-line inspections at supplier factories when needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer specifications.
  4. Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality risks.
  5. Monitor production processes and provide actionable quality feedback to factories.
  6. Coordinate with QA teams and vendors for corrective actions.
  7. Maintain inspection reports, measurement specs, and visual standards.
  8. Travel regularly to production sites for audits and quality checks.

Minimum requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in quality control in the apparel or textile industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality standards (AQL), and fabric behavior.
  3. Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple factory visits.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively.
