Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• National Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of QC experience in manufacturing (steel or metal fabrication preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing and quality control systems
• Skilled in using measurement tools, interpreting technical drawings, and applying GD&T principles
• Experience in warehouse processes and stock handling
• Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, formulas)

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Understanding of welding, CNC machining, and fabrication processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections; identify and report defects
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records

• Assist with internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives
