Salary: $25.00 / hr - $33.00 / hr

Job Details: We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Quality Control Supervisor to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is integral to ensuring the highest level of quality in our manufacturing processes and products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control department, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting inspections, and managing documentation.

The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the quality control department, ensuring all activities align with the company's quality standards and objectives.
2. Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
5. Manage and maintain all quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Lead and mentor quality control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
7. Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
8. Collaborate with management and other departments to develop strategies for achieving quality objectives.
9. Monitor and report on quality control metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
10. Ensure all equipment used in the quality control process is properly maintained and calibrated.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices.
4. Experience with ISO and other regulatory standards.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Proven experience in managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
11. Experience in equipment maintenance and calibration.
