Outputs / Core Tasks:
  • Serve as super user and data specialist on MIP and Viewpoint to resolve complex problems.
  • Perform quality and control checks on records such as new accounts, payments, and terminations daily.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the above processes.
  • Provide reports for business use.
  • Collect and collate samples for internal and external audits and respond to queries.
  • Manage a comprehensive list of critical processes.
  • Ensure risk management and compliance within the team.
  • Manage and coach quality and control officers.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • B. Comm Degree or Diploma in Finance or Risk (advantageous)

Experience:

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in trust or employee benefits administration.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of MIP and Viewpoint systems
  • Knowledge of FSCA administration
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, trusts, retirement funds, group schemes, and beneficiary funds
  • Computer skills (MS Office, advanced Excel)
