Job description

Job Title : Quality Control Manager AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING

Purpose :

Responsible for implementing ISO 9001:2015 at JMP. Ensures all QC systems are implemented, measured, and reported for continuous improvement. This includes ongoing audits of the systems as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Ensure all QC systems are implemented
• Implement ISO 9001:2015 and conduct QMS system audits as per Clause 2 of the standards
• Plan and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRMs) as per schedule
• Prepare monthly quality reports and updates for notice boards
• Ensure MBOs are updated monthly by relevant managers
• Adhere to on-time delivery and quality objectives (OTD)
• Conduct patrol inspections and FPA/LPA processes regularly to ensure conformance
• Provide training related to Quality
