Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the quality of finished products aligns with specified standards.
2. Perform inspections by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests to identify imperfections (e.g., cuts, scratches, missing pieces, crooked seams).
3. Reject and return unacceptable materials.
4. Record received work in the "A" book.
5. Conduct quality assurance on the production line.
6. Document inspection results by completing reports and summarizing re-work based on checks.
7. Discuss inspection outcomes with the Supervisor.
8. Follow quality control processes and procedures to evaluate products effectively.
