About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Reviewer – Financial Processes & Controls to drive continuous improvement, reconciliation, and financial quality assurance.

This role is crucial in enhancing finance operations, process efficiencies, and compliance within a dynamic financial environment. You will work closely with finance teams, accountants, and stakeholders to review financial processes, identify risks, and implement solutions that improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and client accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial quality assurance and control processes across finance teams.
2. Conduct independent financial reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement.
3. Perform reconciliations, risk assessments, and high-risk project reviews.
4. Support finance systems enhancements and drive operational efficiencies.
5. Review client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
6. Engage with internal and external auditors to address audit queries.
7. Assist in training finance professionals to improve reporting accuracy.
8. Contribute to policy development and process automation to enhance financial controls.

What We're Looking For

1. Education: Finance or Financial Management Degree.
2. Experience: 5-7 years in accounting, financial reconciliations, and control processes.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of finance systems, reporting processes, and risk management.
4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide solutions.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with accountants, finance teams, and auditors.
