Job Mission / Objective
The Alliance Banking Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and operations within the division meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance framework that supports the division’s goals, ensuring processes from partner integration to product delivery are optimized for consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. The manager also implements GN5 monitoring, manages partner risk registers, and ensures they are regularly updated with partner attestations to required controls.
The Quality Assurance Manager reports directly to the Executive of Alliance Banking, with indirect reporting lines to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This structure ensures alignment with the bank’s risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks. The role oversees testing protocols, maintains quality standards across all products and services, and collaborates with teams such as integration, product, and compliance to identify improvement areas.
The role also involves monitoring partner service quality, ensuring seamless partner integration, overseeing SLAs, and driving continuous operational and technical process improvements. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses for incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
