Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to join its fully remote team. You will design and execute test plans for web and mobile apps, perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing, and document defects in Jira.

You will collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases, automate tests where feasible using Python/JavaScript, and contribute to QA process improvements in an Agile SDLC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 2+ years of professional software QA experience.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and using bug trackers.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
