- Develop, maintain & implement quality assurance standards and company processes in accordance with the ISO 9001 requirements.
- To act as representative regarding the Quality Management System.
- Maintain Standards for reliability and performance of production.
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
- Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed, at planned intervals, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
- Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for the measurement of the performance of the QMS.
- Provide induction training for new employees on QMS requirements related to their own roles and responsibilities and provide updated training as necessary.
- In conjunction with the Procurement Manager, ensure that all suppliers utilised by the organization are selected, evaluated and re-evaluated annually and that records of these assessments are up to date.
- Promote customer expectations and specific requirements throughout the organisation and its sub – contractors / suppliers.
- Maintain internal measuring equipment calibration / verification at defined intervals and ensure records of such are up to date.
- Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
- Implement, verify and maintain records of the QMS internal audit program and follow-up records, of internal audits.
- Analyse data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
- Create reports documenting corrective and preventative actions and continual improvement of the QMS.
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.

Job Specification :
- Degree / Diploma in relevant field / Welding Inspector level II
- Working knowledge of products and services
- In-depth Knowledge of products and serves : i.e. Welding; Machining; Bending; Powder Coating / Painting etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent attributes
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
