• Support ongoing training for the team.

• Conduct due diligence reviews of clients.
• Act as a point of escalation for compliance queries.
• Manage client service projects, including US TAX communications and KYC updates.
• Maintain professional communication.

Job description

Attend client meetings when required.

Authorize account openings in line with procedures, with particular focus on KYC / AML / DD elements.

Liaise with RMs / AMs.

Support the account opening manager to ensure the team receives ongoing training.

Work closely with the compliance team to ensure:

Any regulatory updates are communicated and implemented.

Issues arising from compliance monitoring are reviewed and addressed.

Conduct due diligence / enhanced due diligence review of existing clients.

Act as a point of escalation for compliance-related queries.

Manage client service projects and initiatives, including US TAX form communications, KYC updates, EDD remediation, and large static data changes.

Maintain professional communication in both writing and verbally.
