We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Assurance Advisor to oversee and improve product quality, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering and procurement teams. The position reports to the Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Procurement Manager.

• BEng or BTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• 3+ years’ relevant industry experience (lighting/electrical)
• 1+ year in quality auditing, inspections or testing (advantageous)
• Solid knowledge of QA tools, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA software
