Working collaboratively as part of an Agile team, the Quality Analyst leverages operational reporting and established control frameworks to identify, validate, and monitor process, quality, and compliance risks across the business. This role partners with operational leaders to provide governance and oversight of remediation activities, ensuring identified control gaps are tracked, communicated, and addressed within agreed timelines. By gaining hands-on experience with control processes and collaborating closely with Intelligent Automation teams, the Quality Analyst helps define business requirements for future automated solutions, including reporting, dashboards, workflow orchestration, feedback loops, and escalation mechanisms. As their understanding of the control environment matures, they will work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional controls, metrics, and reporting where gaps exist today, helping define and incorporate these capabilities into the team's control management lifecycle and solution development process. This role serves as a key bridge between business operations and automation delivery teams, driving continuous improvement, accountability, and long-term control effectiveness.
