Job description

POSITION INFO :

Our client, a Premium Brand Dealership in Nelspruit is looking for a Qualified Spray Painter to join their team.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spray painting and hold a spray-painting qualification (trade test required)
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, colour matching and refinishing processes
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities :

• Perform preparation works and vehicle spray painting jobs
• Sand down, cleaning of vehicle, preparing auto parts and other car components prior to performing spray painting job
• Administer mixing of colours to ensure colour matching on all new and old vehicle body applications
• Carry out spray painting and polishing works in accordance with Company’s SOP
• Maintain consistent high quality of work performance
• Ensuring equipment is kept clean after each day to ensure it is ready for the next job.
• Managing time effectively
