Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Newcastle based within the Duty and Assessment Team.

Responsibilities :

As a Duty and Assessment Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies such as the MASH Service, Police, and Education Services to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families. You will be part of a fast-paced Duty Team acting on referrals from the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). Your role will involve attending to Section 47 enquiries and completing Single Assessments.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker :

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
