Job Title : Social Worker Adults Social Care

Location : Newcastle

Rate : Up to 187 per day

An exciting job role has recently become available at Newcastle. They are looking for a new member for their Adults Social Care team.

Preferably with some experience of Learning Disability / Autism, knowledge of mental capacity work and Court of Protection. To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Responsibilities :

• Experience of Learning Disability / Autism
• Knowledge of mental capacity work and Court of Protection
• Strong assessment, planning, evaluation and report writing skills
• Commitment to promoting rights of people with learning disabilities / autism
• Effective liaison and partnership working with service users, carers and professionals
