Introduction:

Join a place where innovation and teamwork support exciting missions! We are hiring for Critical Care Transport roles for Paramedics and Registered Nurses, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill or injured patients across various settings.

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective care in scenes, interfacility transports, and hospitals. Build and maintain relationships with hospital departments, referring organizations, and services to promote integrated delivery systems.

Qualifications:
For Paramedics:
  • Graduate of an EMT-P training course or related; preferred: Associate's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year EMS experience; preferred: 3 years including critical care.
  • Valid Wisconsin Paramedic license, with necessary certifications including Critical Care Paramedic, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, EVOC, and others.
For Registered Nurses:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year experience; preferred: 3 years in critical care/ICU.
  • Valid RN license or Nurse Compact license in WI, with certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, EVOC, and others.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must meet driving requirements acceptable to MCHS's insurer.
  • Compliance with employment and federally funded program exclusion policies.
