Our client, based in Johannesburg in the Gases industry, is looking for a SHEQ Officer to join their team.Salary : R27 CTC, based on experiencePosition Info : Minimum Requirements : Matric3 - 5 years relevant experience in the SHEQ-related fieldSAMTRAC certificate or equivalent occupational SHE training or diplomaTechnical or (in chemistry / mechanical) diplomaQualification / experience in warehouse management is advantageousKey Responsibilities : Investigate incidentsEnsure compliance with ISO : , ISO : , ISO : , MHI, EIA, AIA standardsRead and write reports; analyze informationProficient in Microsoft Office, with strong MS Excel skillsReport on the company's safety performance in SHEQ meetings and conduct site audits for statutory and regulatory complianceImplement and monitor key requirements of SANS codes, SAGA, SACGA, NERSA, PER, and other legal standardsEstablish and implement HAZCHEM and HAZOP requirementsAssist in implementing MHI (Major Hazardous Installation) and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)Conduct health, safety, and technical audits at depots and customer sitesCoordinate regular emergency response exercises and drillsMaintain health and safety standards in a highly technical, complex industrial environmentWillingness to travel to sites using company or personal vehicleApplication Process : Apply via our website.
