Your mission :
- Effective management of the safety during the execution of maintenance activities.
- Legal appointment GMR2.7a – support to the GMR2.1 in compliance to the execution of machine-related statutory activities.
- Effective management of the personal development of all maintenance execution team members – ensuring engagement and high performance within these teams.
- Effective management of the quality of the execution of maintenance activities.
- Effective management of risk relating to technical change within the plant.
- Effective management of equipment and process risk, through engagement with the production teams to achieve the most effective balance of plant risk and output.
- Maintaining the required condition of plant and equipment.
- Effective management of the execution compliance of maintenance activities against the defined maintenance strategies. Further to this, engagement with Production Teams to realise the most effective balance of workweek compliance and plant output.
- Effective management of non-CMMS actions and tasks within the maintenance teams (RCFA tasks, etc.).
- Effective management of the maintenance execution team against the principles of the Work Order Management Process (WOMP).
- Effective management of the applicable elements within the ‘repairable’ process to ensure effective turnaround of repairable spare parts.
- Effective management of compliance to the shutdown schedule for the plant. Further to this, engagement with the Head of Production to realise the most effective balance of shutdown schedule compliance and plant output.
- Compilation of budgets for human, time, and cost resourcing, as per routine process.
- Compliance with the defined cost budgets (maintenance spend).
- Compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide support to the Engineering and CMS departments in medium- and long-term processes (Capex planning, Root Cause Failure Analysis, etc.).
- Provide support to the Engineering and CMS departments in the continuous development of maintenance processes and resource models (cost budgets, shutdown schedules, spare parts management, etc.).
Your profile :
- Mechanical Engineering degree (B.Eng, BSc.Eng)
- A minimum of 5 years within the maintenance / engineering function in a heavy-industry environment – Chemicals manufacturing, pulp and paper, steel processing, mining, etc. Preferably in hazardous chemicals manufacturing.
