My client, based in Richards Bay is seeking a highly experienced and successful QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and operations, with experience working across multiple business units. This critical role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving sales growth, implementing systems and internal controls, and conducting store audits to ensure operational excellence.
Main job functions
Implement Loss control processes and monitor.
Investigate and ensure individual product profitability
Finding of innovative solutions to address critical elements
Attending ad hoc requests from the CEO.
Work closely with the other Divisionals and CEO on a daily basis
Communication with external parties eg. service providers, customers etc.
Area manager success routine Daily store audits with weekly and monthly feedback to managers
Period and quarterly store audit routine
Attend Operations meetings and communicate with managers
Build and align and develop team according to company goals
Manage the local store marketing done by the Managers
Handle suppliers where necessary
Head Office inspections to ensure store is running operationally
Following disciplinary procedures and chairing inquiries (presiding officer)
Ensure that stores are profitable
Qualifications
Advanced computer literacy, MS Office, Excel & G Suite (Essential)
Experience in planning & resource management
Experience in cost and risk management
Experience knowledge in procurement best practises
Experience in loss control
Experience in staff management
Matric / Diploma with 2 to 5 years’ experience as a manager - Fast Food Franchise
Managing multiple stores at the same time
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to travel extensively
