A leading engineering company is urgently seeking a QMS Facilitator in Upington for a 12-month contract. Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation.

Job description

Hire Resolves client in the Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a QMS Facilitator in Upington Northern Cape for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct training sessions for the National Certificate : Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5 following the official curriculum.
• Deliver both practical and theoretical instruction to learners ensuring they are actively involved and understand the material.
• Track and evaluate learners progress providing helpful feedback and assistance.
• Develop and share training resources attendance logs and assessment documents.
• Keep detailed records of attendance assessments and learner results.
• Assist learners with their workplace assignments and ensure they meet all the program requirements.
• Guarantee that the training program adheres to the standards set by SETA and QCTO.

Requirements :

• Hold a qualification in Quality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferably at NQF Level 6 or higher).
• Be officially accredited as a facilitator with a current ETDP SETA certification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation ideally within quality management or similar programs.
• Have a strong understanding of ISO standards particularly ISO 9001.
• Demonstrate excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Be capable of effectively managing diverse groups of learners in a structured educational setting.
