Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a dedicated QA Tester to join the LEAP team. You will support planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.

The role involves collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Senior Testers to identify defects, verify fixes, and deliver quality software. Prior testing experience, especially in retail pharmacy, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design test cases.

• Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.
• Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Job Purpose

TheTest AnalystII will support the testing team in planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure that software applications meet business and technical requirements. The role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Senior Testers to identify defects and verify fixes, ensuring the delivery of quality software.

Job objectives

• Assist in analysing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases under supervision.

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Exposure to LEAP or other retail pharmacy applications
• Familiarity with test case creation and defect management tools (advantageous but not essential).
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare , Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• QPB (advantageous)
• 1 to 5 years of experience in software testing or retail pharmacy or related industries
