QA Specialist

About the Role

NDF – National Debt Fund helps people take back control of their finances. We’re looking for a QA Specialist to ensure our debt review removal and mediation services are conducted correctly and professionally.
Debt Review is a legal way for people who are struggling with debt to receive assistance by paying off what they owe over time. Our job is to support those who are ready to move on from that process—and your role is to ensure we do it properly.

What You’ll Do:

1. Check client files and legal documents for errors
2. Listen to calls and review messages to ensure we communicate clearly and respectfully
3. Identify problems in our processes and suggest improvements
4. Collaborate with the admin, legal, and mediation teams to keep everything on track
5. Maintain records of what’s working and what needs fixing
6. Ensure all tasks on the manager’s weekly checklist are completed

What We’re Looking For:

1. 1–3 years working in quality checks, compliance, or admin (experience in law or finance is a plus)
2. Meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to spot mistakes
3. Good writing and speaking skills
4. Able to work well with others and manage your own time
