We are seeking a top-performing QA Review and Submissions Agent to join our Back Office team. This is not a simple administrative role as it requires an individual with an exceptional eye for detail, uncompromising accuracy, and the ability to manage high-stakes documentation under pressure.
Our Back Office consists of two divisions:

Responsibilities
- Conduct line-by-line checks of client documents and forms to guarantee total accuracy.
- Assemble complete client profiles and ensure they meet strict quality and compliance requirements.
- Identify gaps, errors, and risks in files and resolve them with urgency and precision.
- Operate under tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Manage multiple submissions simultaneously while maintaining control of every detail.
- Collaborate with senior specialists to refine files before final submission.
- Safeguard sensitive information and ensure it is handled with absolute confidentiality.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
- Proven track record in compliance, legal, regulatory, or other high-stakes documentation environments.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: the ability to meticulously review documents and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to detect and resolve file issues quickly.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage large volumes of information methodically.
- Demonstrated ability to work with precision under pressure.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear and error-free documentation.
- Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in Spanish and/or French is an advantage but not required.
- Organizational Skills: exceptional ability to manage multiple cases at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency: advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Google Drive for document management and communication.
- Professionalism & Initiative: mature, career-oriented with the drive to take initiative and work independently.
- Clear criminal record.
