We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality across all vehicle production processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Position Overview : As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality control procedures in our manufacturing plant.

You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

This role demands a highly organized strategic thinker with a passion for precision and excellence in vehicle manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, implement, and manage the overall quality management system (QMS) for vehicle manufacturing.
2. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other industry standards.
3. Identify, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the production lifecycle.
4. Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements and cost-effective quality solutions.
5. Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
6. Analyze and report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
7. Ensure that all materials, components, and finished vehicles meet company and regulatory quality standards.
8. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities for product nonconformities.
9. Maintain and enhance supplier quality performance through audits and evaluations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in quality management in the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, systems, and standards such as ISO, IATF, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
