Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic oversight to multiple QA teams across diverse products and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Foster seamless coordination and robust communication channels among QA teams and various product stakeholders to build a cohesive quality assurance strategy.
• Cultivate a self-sustaining environment where teams are empowered to make autonomous decisions, enabling focus on strategic enhancements.
• Engage in QA processes to drive insights and refine processes and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances with product teams across divisions to synchronize QA goals.
• Contribute to the Community of Practice for Quality Assurance within the engineering landscape.
• Spearhead recruitment to attract top QA talent and ensure a robust workforce.
• Elevate development quality by instituting superior testing processes in collaboration with engineers and managers.
• Architect and manage an integrated roadmap for automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency and coverage.
• Lead automation strategy and expand UI and service test coverage.
• Ensure teams develop, execute and maintain test cases for bug identification and fixes.
• Oversee creation of sustainable test data and data integrity.
• Identify testing gaps and resolve with automation engineers and QA Analysts.
• Maintain rigorous bug identification, documentation and regression testing standards.
• Integrate production feedback to update test coverage and cases.
• Increase code coverage across unit, service, and functional tests.
• Develop status reports for team leaders highlighting project impacts.
• Drive QA visibility in project progress and engage product stakeholders early.
