Job description

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer for a contract at a large multinational corporate.

The QA Engineer will be part of a diverse team of senior experts, delivering customer-oriented solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and service providers both locally and cross-border, leveraging blockchain and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and test APIs, including REST APIs.
2. Define and implement test automation strategies, including roadmaps, tools, frameworks, and approaches.
3. Maintain and improve test automation frameworks.
4. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into the continuous delivery pipeline.
5. Continuously improve test coverage, execution, and automation processes.
6. Select and utilize appropriate test automation tools for various purposes.
7. Conduct manual functional testing of UI and APIs.
8. Develop and extend automation test frameworks, including integrations with web3 (experience beneficial but not required).

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as NUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework.
• 3-5 years of experience with Selenium.
• Proven ability to define and operationalize test automation strategies.
• Experience creating and implementing automation frameworks for large-scale systems in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience in professional software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies.
• Understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with both unit and integration testing, including data virtualization tools.
• Familiarity with multiple test automation frameworks and reporting tools like Report Portal.
• Ability to develop effective test automation scripts and integrate them with CI/CD tools to achieve at least 80% code coverage.
