Job summary

Jendamark Automation seeks a Technical QA Engineer to own quality assurance across the ODIN Checkpoint web and mobile platform. The role spans manual testing, test design and a strong drive toward automation, reducing repetitive effort, accelerating regression cycles and increasing release confidence.

You will test beyond the happy path, covering role-based workflows, mobile sync and offline behaviour, API data flows and integration touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including practical exposure to both manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications is essential.
• Languages: English required.
• Drivers Licence: Code 8- (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Test Design: translate feature specs into comprehensive test scenarios for web and mobile.
• Manual Functional Testing: execute tests, verify acceptance criteria, identify defects and regressions.
• Test Automation: build, maintain and expand automated test suites (UI, API, regression, smoke).
• Web & Mobile Quality Assurance: validate behaviour across browsers, devices, app states, offline, sync and notifications.
• Defect Reporting & Verification: log defects with steps, evidence, severity, and retest.
• Release & Regression Support: conduct regression, smoke and sanity tests per release; assess risk and readiness.
• QA Process Improvement: drive maturity with reusable test packs and documentation.
