This entails managing QA staff who create and run both manual and automated tests, identify errors, and provide feedback to developers.

Main Duties Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Selenium and Cucumber tools Design, create, construct, and execute automation test cases for REST API and SOAP web services Experience in Selenium; WebDriver and TestNG are a plus Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management for QA team Identify, verify, report, and regress bugs Collaborate with product line stakeholders to develop strategies and frameworks for emerging demands Drive innovation and adoption of industry practices through investigation and institutionalization of new tools, methods, and standards Work with development teams to understand technologies and develop / implement automated testing tools for data comparison and transformation (on Hadoop, Spark, Datameer, etc.)
