Job description

An exciting career opportunity exists at Medipost Holdings for a QA Administrator in the warehouse, this position is based in Kawari.

The role will be responsible for curate checking of picked customer orders (product description, pack size, unit, batch number, expiry date and quantity).

Updating and generation of invoices.

Prioritize the checking of back orders and urgent orders.

The individual must be enthusiastic, with good people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all your daily functions and operations comply to KDC's written SOPs, Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and KDC's Quality Management System.
  2. Adherence to good housekeeping practices.
  3. Constant communication between QA and packing staff to address expectations, requirements and compliance.
  4. Investigation and accurate reporting of errors and service failures.
  5. Accurate checking of orders (scanning or via product description, pack size, unit, batch number, expiry date and quantity).
  6. Updating and generation of invoices.
  7. Prioritize the checking of back-orders and urgent orders.
  8. Proper stock handling to eliminate damages and report any such damages immediately to the warehouse manager.
  9. Participate in annual stock take.
  10. Taking part in assistant mentoring programmes and customer complaints work sessions.
  11. Any ad hoc functions as instructed by line manager.
  12. Ability to prioritise large workload.
  13. Ability to maintain policy guideline within pressured situations.
  14. Ability to accept and take charge of projects allocated on short notice with strict timelines/deadlines.
  15. Willingness to work overtime during high pressure periods.
  16. Conflict management, time management.

Qualifications:

Grade 12

Experience:

2-3 years' experience within a pharmaceutical wholesaler. Basic pharmaceutical product knowledge.

Licensing & Accreditation:

Registered with SAPC.
