Key Responsibilities

1. Performs manual packing functions of the production process as per relevant SOPs (e.g., bottles onto line, product into cartons, shippers, or stacking onto pallets).
2. Cleans facility and general equipment as per SOPs.
3. Processes product as per specified procedures and completes documentation as required.
4. Attends and provides training as required.
5. Complies with all QMS SOPs and standards.
6. Conducts all work activities in accordance with the Environment, Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Policy QDPOL000823.
7. Maintains a secure and healthy workplace by efficiently managing risks, including psychosocial risks, to protect our people and the environment from physical or mental harm, through our internal control framework, EHSW standards, local SOPs, and actively working towards our objectives and targets.
8. Complies with EHS and Engineering standards and guidelines and site EHS procedures.
9. Complies with regulations pertaining to dress code and safety equipment.
10. Actively participates in the ZAP program by reporting Near Miss and Observations to help reduce risk and improve safety. Minimum number of reports to align with the site KPI.
11. Participates in process improvement initiatives and projects.
12. Supports new ways of working as implemented through HAPS.
13. Completes regular ZAPs and ensures workstation is 5S compliant.
14. Carries out other general and process-specific duties required by line management or relevant SOPs.
15. Must be able to work continental shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

Required

1. Grade 12 or Equivalent.
2. Packaging experience in a GMP environment.
3. Experience on Pasx.
4. Ability to work continental shifts.
