Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Regional Controller for the Region(s) and/or the Project Manager for a Utility Analysis to determine:
  • Inaccuracies and discrepancies.
  • Potential for metering inaccuracies.
  • Potential for account optimisation, e.g., tariff analysis, trend.
  • Up-keep of tariff library and upload to the public.

Shared Savings Billing, per site:

  • Calculation of monthly shared savings relative to a municipal bill provided by the Regional Controller.
  • Update of the Shared Savings bill pending review.
  • Coordinating a tax invoice for the shared savings bill.
  • Creation of a Shared Savings invoice pack containing the required portfolio of evidence provided by the Regional Controller.
  • Submission of the Shared Savings billing pack per month per Region for the Regional Controller to submit to the Region.
  • Ensuring that the “Proof of receipt” from the Client’s Registry is saved online.
  • Updating of the Statements and Progress Reports with all required information.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Project Management and energy savings/auditing.
  • Analytical related qualification – advantageous.

Skills

  • Experience in electricity tariff analysis.
  • Working knowledge of utility management/energy data/smart metering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Energy Savings Company project management/administration or energy auditing or energy metering and verification or energy smart metering.
