You will be part of the end-user Relationship sales team responsible for the Commercial & Public Sectors in Southern Africa. This role is part of a dynamic team committed to success.

This position offers an opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial abilities with flexibility and agility, empowering decision-making and influence in executing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the total customer relationship for Public Sector Accounts; responsible for revenue, wallet share, customer satisfaction, and growth in assigned accounts.
  2. Maintain and cultivate relationships with senior executives.
  3. Lead account planning and opportunity identification; conduct opportunity prioritization and develop overall account plans.
  4. Conduct complex negotiations for assigned accounts.
  5. Identify complex problems through deep analysis; coordinate solutions with team members or other functions.
  6. Achieve sales targets including value, volume, profitability, and new customer development.
  7. Prepare action plans and schedules to target specific contacts and sales goals.
Position Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and converting leads into sustainable sales in the public sector for at least 5 years.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • A university degree in business administration, information technology, or similar (preferred).
  • Good technical IT product knowledge in end-user computing and enterprise ecosystems, with a solution-selling approach.
  • Experience in Project Management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
