The Mission

We’re seeking a strategic, well-connected, and highly driven visibility expert to lead and execute an expansive public presence strategy for a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and investor.

This is a founder with a rare track record—having built and exited multiple companies, including successful sales to industry giants. Recognized twice as a finalist for a global Entrepreneur of the Year award, he is a trusted voice in business leadership, enterprise growth, and value creation. Now, it’s time to scale that presence globally—and you will be the driving force behind it.

This is not a theoretical or purely strategic role. You’ll be hands-on securing major media placements, landing Tier 1 podcast features, booking high-profile speaking engagements, placing feature articles, and managing the full brand narrative behind the scenes. This role combines the expertise of a publicist, speaker agent, brand strategist, and media producer—and rewards those who deliver results with speed, sophistication, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Narrative Development & Messaging Strategy

Craft compelling signature topics, podcast talking points, and press quotes to ensure a clear and consistent brand message across every appearance.

2. Media Outreach & Relationship Building

Pitch and secure impactful placements across business media, print, TV, and Tier 1 podcasts. Develop and maintain relationships with producers, editors, hosts, and journalists who shape the global entrepreneurial conversation.

3. Global Speaking Engagements & Booking Strategy

Identify and secure paid and high-impact speaking opportunities at international business events, conferences, and forums—prioritizing reach and relevance.

4. TV, Digital & Print Placement Execution

Drive the process of researching, pitching, negotiating, and coordinating major media features with outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, and other top-tier platforms.

5. Content Development & Appearance Preparation

Lead all preparation for appearances—from research briefs and show notes to scripts, decks, prep calls, coaching, and post-appearance recaps.

6. Visibility Metrics, Reporting & Optimization

Develop and maintain a visibility dashboard to track placements, impressions, audience growth, and earned-media value—leveraging insights to optimize strategy.

7. Reputation Management & Brand Protection

Establish a proactive playbook to safeguard the personal brand, ensuring resilience and preparedness for any potential challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role demands a unique mix of PR expertise, strategic thinking, and executional drive. You should be persuasive, resourceful, and deeply connected—relentlessly focused on generating measurable, visible results.

Qualifications :

7+ years in senior-level PR, publicity, media booking, or personal brand management—ideally working with founders, investors, or executive leaders.

Proven track record of securing placements in Tier 1 podcasts and top media outlets.

Experience booking high-profile international speaking engagements.

Established network of producers, editors, podcast hosts, speaker bureaus, and event organizers.

Exceptional writing skills for press releases, interview prep, speaker decks, and pitches.

High emotional intelligence, strong presence, and the confidence to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Deep understanding of the media cycle and what makes a story land.

Work Structure & Support

Direct reporting line to the founder.

Supported by an executive assistant and external design, content, and operations partners.

Operates with full ownership of strategy and execution—driving initiatives proactively and independently.

Compensation

1,500 – $1,800 USD per month, based on experience
