Position Summary: As our After-Hours Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will handle incoming inquiries, complete detailed intake forms, and assist potential clients through the initial consultation and sign-up process. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for a candidate who thrives working independently and has a strong background in personal injury client intake.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries during scheduled hours.

· Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all necessary information for case evaluation.

· Empathize with prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.

· Assist in scheduling consultations or signing up clients directly where appropriate.

· Follow firm protocols for escalating urgent matters to attorneys or management.
