We are seeking a skilled and compassionate psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support to individuals in the community.

The Position

  • Permanent Full-time Role

Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule — no weekends!

This role offers the flexibility to work from home supporting clients via Telehealth or in person, depending on the role's requirements.

Location: Open to candidates in Newcastle / Hunter or Cairns (QLD).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create plans, recommendations, and take corrective actions.
  2. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and liaise with carers, case managers, and other health partners.
  3. Contribute to Wellness for Independence group programs and promote health and wellbeing in the community.

What will you need to be considered for the role?

As an Allied Health professional at integratedliving, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on promoting the wellbeing of older Australians, helping them live independently. Your role includes conducting initial and ongoing assessments, managing a diverse client portfolio, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Psychology recognized by the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Full AHPRA registration or provisional registration with an external mentor
  • Satisfactory Police check and current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver’s license and ability to travel for client care
  • Ability to work remotely as a lone practitioner
  • Sound clinical knowledge and ability to handle complex issues
