Title: PS Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Lead and manage multiple projects within the banking and financial services sector.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure continuous improvement.
8. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
4. Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
